Alternator Rack 170/177

Alternator Racks are the perfect solution for Salsa bicycles equipped with the Alternator dropout system. Load up your bags and gear, get off the beaten track, and start exploring!

• Designed for frames with 170 - 177mm spacing, and clearance for 29 x 3.0" / 27.5 x 3.25" / 26 x 4.3" tires
• Rack mounts to the upper pivot bolt of the Alternator Dropout, using included hardware mounting kit
• Compatible with Alternator 1.0 and 2.0 dropouts. The 170mm rack will also fit 2011 and 2012 Non-Alternator Mukluk frames, using the braze-ons above the dropout
• Fits 2017 and later Mukluk and Heyday! frames (Salsa Rack-Lock seatpost collar required)
• 135 x 325mm cupped deck
• Extra-long struts for improved range of fit. Straight and shaped (kinked) struts included
• Large pannier hook stops
• Tubular AL-6061-T6 construction with Black powdercoat finish
• 59.5 lb/27kg maximum recommended load
